摘要 目的:制备中药安神健脾糖浆,建立质量控制方法并研究其治疗抗精神病药所致消化道不良反应的临床疗效。方法:以水为浸出溶媒,煎煮法提取,薄层层析法鉴别主药;用随机原理将受试对象分为两组,按双盲对照法验证疗效。结果:鉴别方法简便,重现性好;两组病人在口干项有差异,在口苦、恶心、呕吐、食欲差、便秘等项阶段评分比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),对便秘疗效尤为突出。结论:本品质量可控,疗效确切,可作为精神病治疗的辅助用药予以推广。 OBJECTIVETo prepare traditional Chinese medicine Anshengjianpi syrup and to establish the quality control standard and study the clinical therapeutic effects in the treatment of antipsychotic-induced side reactions of digestive tract.METHODSThe decocting method was used for extraction with water as solvent. The TLC was used for principal agent identification. The test objects were divided into two groups randomly and observed on the therapeutic effect with double blind contrast. RESULTSIdentification method is simple and has good reproducibility. There is difference in xerostomia and significant difference in bitterness, nausea, vomit, anorexia and astriction, especially in astriction, between the two groups in some assessments(P<\{0.05\}). CONCLUSIONThe quality of preparation can be controlled and it is worth popularizing as a subsidiary drug which can be used in psychiatric routine treatment.
