摘要
目的:为了观察严重烫伤大鼠脑、心及血液在不同时相点谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和乳酸(LA)含量的变化及川芎嗪的防治效果。方法:选用健康Wistar大鼠造成烫伤模型,采用川芎嗪治疗。结果:川芎嗪对烫伤后GSH-Px、SOD、LDH和乳酸的改变有一定的改善作用。结论:川芎嗪可对烫伤后大鼠的脑、心组织起到一定的保护作用,其机制可能与保护抗氧化酶系统有关。
OBJECTIVETo observe the effects of ligustrazin on the contents of GSH-Px, SOD, LDH and LA. METHODSWistar rats were selected to make burned model. RESULTSLigustrazin could ameliorate the change of GSH-Px, SOD, LDH and LA. CONCLUSIONLigustrazin has protective effects on brain, heart in burned rats by protecting the system of antioxidant enzymes.
