体外循环手术血液综合再利用的回顾性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究体外循环手术血液综合再利用是否可以减少库血的使用量以及是否造成肝、肾功能损害。方法回顾研究了150例血液综合再利用患者和150例对照患者的输血量、医疗费用以及血常规和肝、肾功能变化。结果血液综合再利用患者输血量比对照组几乎少50%(P<0.01),特别是术前放血的患者;而两组的肾功能均正常,胆红素均较高,但两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),而血液综合再利用组放血患者的血小板数量较高,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对于不同患者,采用不同的血液再利用方法,能够大大减少库血的用量,且不造成肝、肾功能的损害,同时可改善患者手术后的凝血状态,减轻患者的医疗负担。 OBJECTIVE To study whether may reduce the dosage of ACD blood and may protect liver and kidney function by autotransfusion in cardiopulmonary bypass operation.METHODS 150 cases with autotransfusion and 150 cases in control were studied in dosage of ACD blood,the functions of liver and kidney,and routine blood determination.RESULTS The dosage of ACD blood reduce 50%(P<0.01) in autotransfusion group compared with in control group, especially in patients with exsanguinate pre-operation; the function of kidney in two groups were normal,the bilirubin were high in two groups,no significant difierence(P>0.05).Amount of blood platelet was higer in autotransfusion group compared with in the control (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Adopt different autotransfusion ways might reduce dosage of ACD blood,and do not induce damage of the liver and kidney functions.Simultaneity,it may improve blood coagulation state,and may reduce the cost in hospital.
