摘要
针对日益增长的竞技体育伤害行为进行重新思考,认为并非所有竞技体育伤害行为都是排除犯罪性的行为,刑法有必要介入并加以规制,从而促进竞技体育运动的规范化、法制化。
This article considered the increasing occurs about the injured actions in competitive sport. Our opinion was that not all injured actions of athletics are the actions which have excluded the character of crime. The criminal law must rule it, and then advances the standardization and legalization of sports.
