碱性体系中煤中有机硫的电化学脱除研究 被引量:13

摘要 以高硫煤为原料,用化学法将其无机硫脱除后,再以此作为电解煤样,在碱性条件下研究了煤中有机硫的电化学脱硫规律。讨论了电解电流、煤浆浓度、NaOH浓度等主要因素对煤中有机硫脱硫率的影响,并确定了适宜电解脱硫条件:NaOH质量浓度4.0mol/L,煤浆质量浓度0.04g/mL,反应温度70℃,电流强度1.0A,电解时间5h,获得了有机硫脱除率为32.50%的较好效果。 The inorganic sulfur in Hunan Ningxiang high sulfur coal was first removed by chemical method, and then was used for organic sulfur removal by electrolysis in alkaline conditions. The influences of main factors for organic sulfur removal rate from the coal such as electrolytic current, coal content, NaOH concentration, reaction temperature and electrolytic time had been discussed. The appropriate conditions for electrolysis desulfurization were obtained, and its mechanism analyzed. The sulfur removal is 32.50% under the conditions of: NaOH concentration of 4.0 mol/L,coal slurry concentration of 0.04 g/mL,temperature of 70℃,current intensity of 1.0A and time of 5h.
