摘要
大河口和西山湾水库是内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟多伦县境内滦河干流上两座重要枢纽工程,具有发电、灌溉、供水和旅游等功能。它们的优化调度关系到内蒙古正蓝旗、多伦县经济社会发展和浑善达克沙地生态建设。本文用离散动态规划方法以满足用户需水要求为目标确定了聚合水库稳定优化运行策略。
Two reserviors,Dahekou and Xishanwan,have located at Duolun county of Xilingaole prefecture of Inner Mongolia.They have functions of electricity generating, irrigation, water supply and tourist. Optimal operating has benefits for economic development of Xilingaoler prefecture and ecology construction of Hunshandac desert land. The two cascade reservoirs have been considered as single dam to obtain their operating rules and optimal operating polices has been determined by discrete stochastic dynamic programming model.
