摘要
分析了液体粘性软起动装置可以实现带式输送机的软起动的工作原理,并针对邯郸矿业集团某煤矿主提升带式输送机的结构及运行特点,从理论上分析并给出了润滑油流量,主、从动摩擦片数的确定方法,同时给出了液体粘性软起动装置的液压系统设计参数。
This paper analyzed operating principle of hydroviscous soft-start device used in belt conveyor. According to properties of a main elevating belt conveyor in Handan mining industry, the paper put forward theoretical analysis and showed out how to decide lubricating oil flow capacity and number of rotating and stationary plates. All these provide parameters for practical application of hydroviscous soft-start device in belt conveyor.
