湿度对意蜂受精卵孵化率和发育历期的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在温度为34.5℃(±0.5℃),相对湿度分别为40%、55%、70%和85%(±5%)下孵化意蜂受精卵,对意蜂受精卵的孵化率和发育历期进行研究。试验结果显示,在温度为34.5℃(±0.5℃),相对湿度分别为40%、55%、70%和85%下,意蜂受精卵的孵化率和发育历期均无显著性差异(F<F0.05,P>0.05),说明温度为34.5℃(±0.5℃)时,40%~85%的相对湿度对意蜂受精卵的孵化率和发育历期均无影响。 At 34.5℃ (±0.5℃), the effects of relative humidity (RH) 40%, 55%, 70% and 80% (±5%), respectively on the hatchability and developmental phase of A. m. ligustica fertilized eggs were studied. The results showed that under RH 40%, 55%, 70% and 80% (±5%), respectively, both hatchability and developmental phase of fertilized eggs weren't significantly different (F<F0.05, P>0.05). The result indicated that at 34.5℃ (±0.5℃), RH within the range of 40~85% did not affect the hatchability and developmental phase of honeybee fertilized eggs significantly.
