摘要
                
                    [目的]为识别和评价作业场所的工效学问题提供简单、实用的工具。[方法]介绍芬兰职业卫生研究所创建的作业场所工效学分析系统(Ergonomic Workplace Analysis)的评价原则,并辅以铸造厂四种作业的实例评估。[结果]后勤作业基本无不良因素,车床、清理和造型作业均存在不良作业姿势、动作和噪声,造型作业还有过度体力劳动、过度搬举和高度重复性,应作为高危作业重点改进。[结论]该方法全面、系统、易于使用,可用于实际评价工作。
                
                [Objective] To provide a simple and available tool for identifying and assessing ergonomic problems in workplace. [Methods] The guidelines for the assessment of the Ergonomic Workplace Analysis were introduced in detail, as well as it was used to i-dentify and assess four tasks of a foundry factory. [Results] No any poor factors were found in auxiliary workplace,but awful postures and high-level noise existed in other three workplaces, in addition, there are heavy physical workloads, over lifting and high repetition in molding workplace,which should be as the focus to improve. [Conclusion] The method is comprehensive,systematic and feasible for the occupational health practice.
