摘要
首先介绍了保偏光纤偏振特性的基本测试原理,给出了高精度检偏系统的系统结构,着重介绍了模拟检测电路和基于DSP(DigitalSignalProcessor)与FPGA(FieldProgrammableGateArray)的数字处理电路并给出了电路结构框图,最后对实验数据进行了精度分析。
The basic principle of measuring the polarization characteristics of Polarization-maintaining(PM) optical fiber is introduced in this paper.Based on DSP and FPGA technology,the structure of high precision polarization detecting system is then presented with on emphasis on the structure diagrams of analog detecting circuit and digital processing circuit.Finally,a precision analysis on the experiment data is made in detail.
