摘要
本文客观系统地分析了高校图书馆组织管理中存在的阻碍图书馆发展的因素,提出了建立学科矩阵管理组织模式,用分布式管理方式来处理高校图书馆与各院系资料室之间的关系等发展措施。
This thesis analyses the factors that impede on the developments of libraries existing in organization and management of university libraries in a objective and systematic way. Meanwhile proposes some measures for development from different management levels, such as setting up the mode of knowledge rectangle management, using the method of distributed management to deal with the relation between university library and college date room and so on.
