摘要
目的评价国产加替沙星注射液治疗肺部感染的临床疗效、细菌清除率和安全性。方法选择肺部感染住院患者60例,分别使用加替沙星和左旋氧氟沙星治疗,不同时用其他抗生素。分别观察两组的有效率和细菌清除率。结果加替沙星组和左氧氟沙星组治疗有效率分别为73.3%和66.7%。细菌清除率分别为75.9%和75%,两组无明显差异。两组不良反应率均为6.67%。结论国产加替沙星注射液治疗肺部感染有效、安全。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy,bacterial eradication rate and safety of domestic gatifloxacin in treating lung bacterial infections.Methods Sixty in -patients of lung bacterials infections were treated with gatifloxacin injection(30) and levofloxacin injection(30),with no addition of other antibiotics.We observed the efficacy rate and bacterial eradication rate of two group respectively.Results The efficacy rate and bacterial eradication were 73.3%,75.9% in the gatifloxacin,and 66.7%,75% in the levofloxacin.No significant difference in the above figures between the two groups.The clinical adverse reaction rates were both 6.67%.Conclusion Domestic gatifloxacin injection is effective and safe in treating lung bacterial infections.[
