摘要
建立了集成化管理模式的评价指标体系,并提出采用DEA方法进行管理绩效的评价,寻找相对有效的模式。在同一时期不同企业的项目中,建立起标杆;对同一企业不同时点的项目管理模式进行评价,实现其管理绩效的持续改进。
This paper put forward the indexes of the performance evaluation and introduced DEA method as a mathematic tool, which would be critical to seek benchmarking mo dels and achieve continuous improvement.
