摘要 目的探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)患儿细胞免疫功能的变化。方法采用改良的碱性磷酸酶—抗碱性磷酸酶法(APAAP法)、火箭免疫电泳法、常规微量法等方法,对54例RRTI患儿和30例对照组儿童的T细胞亚群,CD4/CD8比值、SIgA含量、红细胞花环和免疫复合物花环等项目进行了检测。结果RRTI患儿CD8升高,而CD4降低,CD4/CD8比例下降,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);RRTI患儿外分泌液SIgA水平与对照组比较显著下降(P<0.01)。RRTI患儿C3b受体花环率明显低于正常组(P<0.01),而免疫复合物花环率高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论RRTI患儿细胞免疫功能低下,使患儿的局部防御功能降低,导致细菌、病毒的反复感染。 Objective To explore the changes in immune function of cellular immunity of children patient s with repeated respiratory tract infection (RRTI) ,54 RRTI children (RC) and 30 heathy children (HC) were seleted. Methods By alkaline phosphatase - anti alkaline phosphatase( APAAP),rocket immunoelectro- phoresis and other way, the subgroup of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) , the ratio of CD+4 and CD+8 (CD+4/ CD+8) , SIgA, and the rosette of erythrocyte( RBCC3bRR)and immune complex (RBCICR)were tested. Results The percent of CD+4 of RC decreased, while CD+8 increased which leaded to the decreasing of CD+4/ CD+8 ,the differece were significantly compared with HC(P< 0.05). Compared with HC,the level of SIgA decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with HC, the RBCC3bRR decreased significantly, while the RBCICR increased significantly(P< 0.01). Conclusions the decreasing of cellular immune function of RC influence on humoral immunty function , which can lead to a decrease of the local resistance and repeated infection of bacteria and virus.
