摘要
积雪是最为活跃且具有多重属性的自然因素。在我国主要牧区,不同程度的雪灾几乎每年都会发生,已成为严重制约我国这些地区经济建设与牧业发展的重要因素之一。因此,本文根据我国雪灾分布的地域特点,以雪灾高发区之一的西藏那曲地区为试验区,在建立以NOAA/AVHRR气象卫星资料为更新内容的雪灾背景数据库的基础上,在PC ARC/INFO地理信息系统的空间分析操作支持下,通过运用数理统计学原理而设计的雪灾逐步判别模型,对牧区雪灾进行判定和雪灾危险程度分类分析,从而对一场降雪能否成灾及其危险程度进行判别,为抗灾救灾提供准确的信息。
Snow is a natural factor with active and various attributes. The snow disaster of different degrees may take place in every year and has become one important factor restricting the economical and animal husbandry development in the main pastural area of our country. According to the regional characteritics of snow disaster distribution of our country, Nagqu is selected as test area, and its background data base is set up by using the NOAA/AVHRR data as replacing content. Sustained by the spacial operation of PC ARC/INFO GIS, this paper used the snow disaster distinguishing model designed by using statistics principle to distinguish snow disaster, analy-size its dangerous degrees and provide information for fighting and rescuring disaster.
