摘要
对某赤铁矿的浮选工艺进行了系统试验研究,得到了浮选最佳药剂条件,浮选铁精矿品位为62.50%,铁的回收率为65.64%,浮选尾矿用弱磁选机磁选还可取得铁品位61.09%、铁回收率6.72%的磁选精矿。最终铁的总回收率为72.36%,铁精矿品位为62.33%。
In this paper, the test research is carried out systematically for flotation of certain hematite ore. Based on the research, we can get optimum reagent condition of flotation. The recovery rate of flotation of iron is 65.64% and the iron grade of hematite concentrate is 62.50g/t. After the flotation tailings are separated by low-intensity magnetic separator, we can also get the following results: the recovery rate is 6.72% ,and the iron grade of concentrate is 61.09%.So the final recovery rate of iron is 72.36%,and the iron grade is 62.33%.
