摘要
介绍了NS-001型新型电脑横机开发研制的总体设计,采用PC机控制双编织系统电脑横机,PCI母子数字卡和PIC电机控制卡控制整个工作系统。对数字选针、三角变换装置、给纱机构、密度调节装置、针床横移装置以及检测自停装置等机构的设计作了详细的阐述,目前该机已经完成了样机的开发,正处于试制阶段。
This paper introduces the overall design of NS-001 Type computer-controlled flat knitting machine, which takes PC controlling two looping systems and uses PCI mother and son digital card and PIC motor to control the whole working system. In addition, it discusses in detail the design of digital needle selection, cam switch device, feeding device, density adjusting device, shogging mechanism and automatic stop motion mechanism.
