摘要
为降低生产运行成本,以油气集输系统生产运行费用最小为目标函数,将井口回压、井口掺水压力和原油进站温度等作为约束条件,建立了系统运行方案优化数学模型;根据优化数学模型的结构特点,采用了序列二次规划法求解,编制了油气集输系统生产运行优化软件.某区块的现场应用结果表明:每年按300d计,年节约耗气1.70×106m3,耗电4.50×104kW·h.
In order to cut down operation cost, an optimization mathematical model for oil-gas gathering and transporting system operation is established, whose objective function is the minimum cost of system operation, and limited conditions are wellhead back pressure constraint, wellhead mixing water pressure constraint, temperature of crude oil entering gathering station constraint, etc. According to the structure characteristic of the model, it's solved by SQP algorithm. A relevant optimization software for oil-gas gathering and transforming system operation is worked out. The application in a oilfield block indicates that it can save natural gas by 1.7×10~6 m^3 and electric power by 4.50×10~4 kW·h every year.
