摘要
文章从管理学角度探讨了质量管理在高职院校图书馆的运用,即“读者中心论”管理模式的策划与设计;统一标准,统一规范,实行文件化管理;强调过程控制;实行量化管理,重视记录;强化领导作用;全员参与等。
The article makes a study of the application of the quality management (TQM) in academic libraries from the angle of management science, that is, the planning and designing of 'readers oriented' in the libraries of vocational and technical colleges. Standards, requirements and norms should be unified, leadership and controlling process of management strengthened, documents filed, participation of all staffs required, all records emphasized and management quantified, etc..
