摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会是中国共产党和中国人民在新时期的重要奋斗目标。构建和谐社会必须以社会主义民主法治为基础,在法治的推动和保障下进行;和谐社会的建构是实现社会主义法治的重要标志,还可以极大地提高社会主义法治的质量。两者互促互济,在科学发展观指导下具有崭新意义的社会主义社会实践。
The construction of harmonious socialist society is the important task assumed by the CPC and Chinese people in the new era. To achieve the goal we must regard socialist democratic governing by the law as the foundation with the law as means of promotion and guarantee. The construction of social harmony, as a symbol of the realization of socialist governing by law, is conducive to a great improvement of the quality of socialist law governing. With mutual promotion and compensation, the construction of social harmony and the socialist law governing are both of social practice of socialism with brand new significance under the guidance of a scientific view of development.
