摘要
文章从我国城市贫困人口的现状出发,通过对城市贫困人口和他们犯罪现象的分析,揭示城市贫困人口犯罪的原因,最后提出缓解城市贫困人口犯罪的三种途径。
This paper begins with the present condition of the poor population in the city of China, then presents the reason of city poor population crimes, and puts forward three channels to relieve poor population in the city of crimes.
