摘要
介绍了旧工业建筑的几种常见类型及其特征,分析了旧工业建筑改造利用的优势和相关的制约因素。认为我国的旧建筑改造利用策略应由零星走向整体,建立全面、完善的运行机制,才能保证旧建筑改造利用全面目标的实现。
The types and the characteristics of old industrial buildings are introduced.The superiorities and restrictive factors of the renovation of old industrial build ings are also analyzed.It is pointed out that it can't be protected that all aim s of the renovationof old building to be realized,until the scattered tactics of the renovation of old building have been integrated,and the overall and perfect mechanism has been set up.
