摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤术中急性脑膨出的形成原因及有效的防治措施。方法回顾性分析76例重型颅脑损伤患者术中出现急性脑膨出的原因及防治措施的疗效。结果迟发性颅内血肿、弥漫性脑肿胀、侧裂区脑挫裂伤、脑疝后脑梗塞、呼吸道梗阻等是颅脑损伤术中急性脑膨出的主要原因。结论术中出现急性脑膨出的原因有多种,应及时复查头部CT,明确病因,准确处理,提高疗效。
Objective To discuss the reason for and preventive methods of acute encephalocele during traumatic cerebral operation.Methods Retrospective analysis of 76 patients with acute encephalocele was made.Results The main causes of acute encephalocele were delayed intracranial heamatomas,acute diffuse brain swelling,brain hernia with brain infarction,cerebral contusion and laceration in Sylvain tissue and the blocked respiratory pipe and so on.Conclusion There are many causes of encephalocele,so scanning CT timely,finding the causes and using the effective treatments were all impartment to improve the clinical effects.
