摘要
通过理论计算分析及跨度24m双线实体箱梁试验,研究预制箱梁支点不平整对箱梁受力的影响。在运输及施工阶段,箱梁4个支点的最大不平整量应控制在5mm之内;存放时及架设后,箱梁4个支点的最大不平整量应控制在3mm之内。建议在预制箱梁架设时,先采用千斤顶将支点反力调匀,然后再进行支座安装,以保证将支点不平整量控制在最小。
Influence on the mechanical behaviors of the box girder caused by the unevenness support of the precast box girder has been studied both by theoretical calculation analysis and the test of the double line solid box girder with 24 m span. In the process of transportation and construction, the maximum unevenness of the four supports of the box girder should be controlled within 5 mm. During storage and after the erection, the maximum unevenness of the four supports of the box girder should be controlled within 3 mm. It is suggested that, during the erection of the precast box girder, the reaction of support first be made even by jack, then supports be installed. In this way, the unevenness of the supports can be limited to minimum.
