摘要
通过不同阶段随机抽样实验比较,使用工业重油催化裂化(RFCC)装置进料和催化剂(平衡剂),采用相同的反应和再生条件,在RU小型提升管催化剂评价装置上做比较实验。结果发现,RU小型提升管催化剂评价装置既能反映原料油性质差别对产品分布的影响,又能反映催化剂的使用性能。两套装置的产品分布规律相同,说明RU小型提升管催化剂评价装置与工业RFCC装置的关联性较强,在其上可预测催化剂实际使用效果,对新产品开发和催化剂放大应用有重要指导意义。
Comparison tests were made between RU small riser catalyst test apparatus and commercial residue fluid catalytic cracking (RFCC) unit under the same reaction and regeneration condition. The results showed that a strong correlation between both of them. Results from the RU apparatus both showed the influence of different feed oil on the product distribution, and reflected application properties of the RFCC catalyst. The test results indicated that the RU apparatus can be used to predict application results of RFCC catalysts, which is very useful in development and scale-up of RFCC catalysts.
