摘要
在分析研究北京城市发展和交通发展的历史的基础上,研究了北京交通发展的共性与个性,并提出了北京交通问题存在的症结和交通发展的趋势。分析了北京城市化、现代化、机动化同时进入快速发展时期的特点,提出建立新北京交通体系,明确了远期目标和近期目标,并提出实现新北京交通体系的战略途径、基本政策和重大举措。
Transportation system development in Beijing is facing problems similar problems to those of other international metropolises, but Beijing is also unique. Based on analyzing the history of Beijing urban development and transport system development, this paper summarizes Beijing's transport achievements and the lessons left, and analyses the causes of problems and the development trends in transport. It also sets the targets for a New Beijing Transportation System. To fulfil the targets, it works out a road map, and defines the main transport policies and action plans for implementation of major short term schemes.
