蛇床子素对植物病原菌抑制效果的测定 被引量:12

摘要 采用含毒介质法和牛津杯法测定了蛇床子素对8种植物病原真菌和7种病原细菌的抑制效果。结果表明:当浓度在400-800μg/mL,时,蛇床子素对8种病原真菌都有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对水稻纹枯病菌和小麦赤霉病菌的抑制作用最佳,抑制率在95%-100%,其EC50分别为37.71μg/mL和47.06 μg/mL,但对蕃茄叶霉病菌和玉米小斑病菌抑制作用较差;蛇床子素对7种病原细菌抑制作用最强的是水稻细菌性褐条病和甜豌豆带化病菌,浓度在1 000 μg/mL时,其抑菌圈直径分别为37 mm和36 mm,但对兰花褐腐病菌抑制力很低,只有8 mm。 The biological activities of Cnidiadin against 15 pathogens were analysed with poison media technique and oxford cup method,respectively. The results show that Cnidiadin had different biological compression effect eight pathogens with the concentration from 400-800 μg/mL. It had excellent biological compression to Thamatephorus cucumeris and Fusarium gra.minea.rum Schwabe at 37. 71 μg/mL and 47. 06 μg/mL. Whereas Cnidiadin had lower biological compression effect against Cladospo-rium fulvum and Helminthoxporiummayais. Cnidiadin had highest biological compression effect against Pseudomonas panici Stapp and Rhodoccus feiscians among seven tested pathogenic bacteria. The bio-restrain spot of Cnidiadin to Pseudomonas paniciStapp and Rhodoccus feiscians were measured at 37 mm and 36 mm with the concentration of 1000 μg/mL, respectively. But Cnidiadin had lower inhibition rate on Erwinia cypripedii with the bio-restrain spot measured at 8 mm.
