摘要
创业民营企业家的管理能力与日益增长的企业管理需要之间存在着矛盾,通过建立企业管理水平成长与投资不足系统基模,提高企业内部人员整体的管理水平可以根本解决企业管理水平不再适应于企业规模的问题。同时,通过管理者更迭过程引入职业管理者,以加强企业的管理能力,从而突破企业成长的约束。
In this paper, the contradiction of the private entrepreneur's managerial ability and the growing demand of the enterprise management is resul red, by the base-model building of enterprise managerial ability succeed and the investment oinsufficient system, by improving personnel whole management inside the enterprise. In addition, it is a very important action to strengthen managerial ability of enterprise to break through enterprise succeed constrained by administrator renew and introduce.
