摘要
对带状组织级别不同的管线钢在低温区CO2+NACE溶液中的腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态进行了分析比较.腐蚀环境不同,带状组织对腐蚀速率的影响不同;带状组织级别较高的钢材,发生局部腐蚀的倾向性较大,局部腐蚀的程度较严重.为了提高管线钢的抗CO2腐蚀性能,应控制带状组织级别.
The corrosion rate and corroded appearance of different banded pipeline steels structures in CO-2+NACE solution in lower temperature areas have been investigated. The influences of banded structures on the corrosion rate are different when the corrosion environment is changing. When the grade banded structure is higher, the trend of partial corrosion gets bigger, and the partial corrosion is more seriouser. In order to improve the performance of pipeline steel and to stand beteer against the CO-2 corrosion, the grade of banded structure should be examined and controlled.
