双排螺旋CT脑灌注成像在脑梗死诊断中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的本文探讨螺旋CT脑灌注成像技术在超早期脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法分析总结本科18例临床可疑脑梗死、进行CT平扫、CT脑灌注检查和复查的住院病例,对灌注资料进行统计学分析。结果CT脑灌注可在发病90min后即可显示出病灶区域血流灌注异常,对于CT平扫未见梗塞灶的患者可预示有无梗塞病灶存在、位置及范围;对于已有梗死灶形成的患者可预示病灶的发展趋势。统计学结果可作为诊断脑血流灌注异常的一种补充。结论CT脑灌注成像技术可超早期预示脑梗死病灶及其发展趋势,有重要的临床应用价值,对诊断超早期脑梗死是有帮助的。
