氟苯尼考对六种海洋致病弧菌的体外抗菌活性研究 被引量:24

摘要 测定了氟苯尼考等4种抗菌药对6种常见海洋致病弧菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。测试结果显示,氟苯尼考对6株弧菌的MIC值范围为2 ̄4g/mL,氯霉素为1 ̄32g/mL,土霉素为4 ̄128g/mL,恩诺沙星为0.125 ̄1g/mL;对多数弧菌氟苯尼考与氯霉素的抗菌活性相似。氟苯尼考对6株弧菌的MBC/MIC值范围为2 ̄4,而氯霉素为2 ̄16,表明氟苯尼考的杀菌效果优于氯霉素。对照药物恩诺沙星、土霉素的MBC/MIC值分别为1 ̄2和2 ̄8,恩诺沙星显示出优良的抗菌和杀菌活性。随着接种菌量增加,所测3种抗菌药的MIC随之升高;当接种量达到107cfu/mL时,药物对多数弧菌显示出微弱的作用。 Minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs) and minimal bactericidal concentrations(MBCs) of four test drugs such as florfenicol (FF) and so on against six marine pathogenic vibrios were determined by tube dilution method. MIC values against six strains of vibrios were in the range 2 ̄4 g/mL for florfenicol,1 ̄32 g/mL for chloramphenicol(CAP),4 ̄128 g/mL for oxytetracycline (OTC),and 0.125 ̄1 g/mL for enrofloxacin(ERFX). The results demonstrated that the antibacterial activities of florfenicol against the most vibrios were similar to those of chloramphenicol. The MBC/MIC ratios of FF,CAP,OTC and ERFX ranged 2 4,2 16,2 8,and 1 2,respectively. It indicated that FF had better bactericidal activity than that of CAP,and ERFX had excellent antibacterial and bactericidal activity also. The MICs of FF,CAP and ERFX became higher with increasing inoculum size,and these drugs had little effect on the most vibrios as inoculum size coming to 107 cfu/mL.
