摘要
公办自动化系统对于提高企业的管理水平具有重要意义.随着网络技术的发展和企业信息量的增加,必需要有合理的方法进行信息的管理.基于Web技术开发了用于信息管理的企业办公自动化软件,介绍了设计目标、主要功能模块、实现的关键技术以及特点,实现了与生产过程数据库的集成.开发平台选用了LotusDomino,Domino采用多达7级的系统访问权限控制手段和数字签名技术,有力地保证了系统的安全.由于采用了B/S的软件架构,使得软件的模块增加、维护等工作变得相对简单.实际企业的应用结果表明本套软件提高了企业的办公效率、节约了办公成本.
Office automation is very important to improve the management level of enterprise. With the net technology developed and increasing enterprise knowledge, a proper method for information management should be proposed. This paper develops a set of office automation system software based on Web technology. The goal of the software and its primary modules are introduced in this paper. This paper present the characteristics of the software and discusses some of the key implement technologies. The integration with the process relation database is also realized in the software. The security of the software system is assured with the help of the developing platform—Lotus Domino—which provides a controlled means for system visiting purview of seven layers and digital signature technology. Because of the B/S structure adopted, it will be easy to extend additional modules for the software with simple maintenance. The applied results in some companies show that the office automation software improves official efficiency and much official cost has been saved.
