摘要
本文对企业集群的交易成本进行了深入的分析,从集群内部企业之间的交易和集群企业与外部企业之间的交易两个层次,分析了企业集群的交易成本,从而得出企业集群能够充分地降低企业的交易成本的结论。
The paper make a deep analyses on exchange cost of corporation cluster in the two aspects of internal exchange among corporation cluster and the exchange between the cluster corporation and the outside ones, making a conclusion that corporation cluster could decries exchange cost.
