摘要
用视诱发电位(visualevokedpotential,VEP)研究了年龄为2周~9岁正常婴幼儿150人的P_1波发育过程。结果表明,生后8周内,VEP由简单的阳性波组成;2~4个月,P_1波的潜伏期迅速缩短,低空间频率的P_1波潜伏期于4个月发育成熟,中空间频率的P_1波于4岁发育成熟,高空间频率的P_1波于9岁发育成熟达到成人水平。婴幼儿的VEP振幅显著高于成年人。根据本研究的结果,视功能的发育可以分为3个阶段,第1阶段为出生至生后4个月,第2阶段为生后5个月至4岁,第3阶段为5~9岁。
AbstractThe development of P_1 component of VEP wasstudied in 150 normal infants and children between theage of 2 weeks and 9 vears.The results indicates thatthe VEP consists of simple positive waves within 8weeks foilowing birth,the latencies of P_1 componentsshorten dramatically from 2 to 4 months,the devel-opment of the latencies of low,medium and high spa-tial frequencies of P_1 components reaches aduIt levelsin inhnts and children of 4 months,4 years and 9years, respectively and the VEP amplitudes of infantsand children are significantly higher than those ofadults,Based on the results of our research.the devel-opment of visual function can be divided into 3phases:the first,within 4 months following birth;thesecond,5 months to 4 years and the third,5 to 9 years.
