摘要
为研究无电力、无冷源条件下血浆制品及其与红细胞制品联合储运的技术,以新型智能储运血箱(IBBPT)为保存设备,装满新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP),监测其保存温度的变化及凝血因子的衰减,以新鲜血浆凝血因子初始活性70%为临界点确定FFP有效储运时间;将FFP与悬浮红细胞(RBC)按不同比例组合放入储运血箱,监测两种血液成分保存温度的变化及FFP凝血因子的衰减,以RBC温度不低于0℃来确定最佳比例。结果显示,采用IBBPT可有效保存FFP达93h;若FFP与RBC联合保存,其最佳体积比2:1,FFP可有效保存71h,悬浮红细胞可维持在8℃以内达56h,维持在低于室温5℃以下达88h。说明应用智能化储运血箱,可在无电力、无冷源条件下,实现FFP和RBC的储运,为战时成分输血提供有力的血液保障和技术支持。
In order to research the technic on the preservation and transportation of FFP and combine with RBC without electric power or dry ice. FFP was stored in a new device invented by us which is called intelligentizedblood box for preservation and transportaion (IBBPT). The change of FFP temperature and the drop of coagulation factors activity were observed during the preservation, when the latter falled to 70% signed as critical activity, the shelf life of FFP stored in IBBPT was confirmed. Next the combination of FFP and RBC were stored in IBBPT at different proportion, the changes of FFP temperature and RBC temperature and the drop of coagulation factors activity were observed during the preservation, the RBC's lowest temperature would not be below 0℃. Results showed that the shelf life of FFP stored in IBBPT is 93 hours; The best proportion of FFP to RBC is 2:1, while the shelf life of FFP is 71 hours, and RBC can be kept under 8℃ for 56 hours or 5℃ lower under room temperature for 88 hours. It is concluded that FFP and RBC can be effectively preserved and transported using IBBPT without electric power or dry ice.
