摘要 铝电解槽的电能消耗率同平均电压和电流效率两个因素有关。通过研究电解槽平均电压的各个组成部分,并依靠所开发的分析平台对电解槽有关的结构参数和物性参数进行模拟计算,从定性和定量两方面揭示电场的变化规律。 The energy consumption rate of aluminum electrolytic bath is related with the average voltages and current efficiency. This paper aims at studying all components of the average voltages in an aluminum electroly- tic bath, and based on the special platform, simulations about some structure parameters and attribute parameters of cells have been carried out, and the electricity regulations have been disclosed, which can support lowing average voltages and sparing energy consume.
