摘要
采用热分析及物相分析法在低温、惰性气体保护下研究了黄铜矿硫化焙烧相变———浸出除铁获取铜溶液新工艺。试验表明黄铜矿硫化焙烧相变转化完善,其焙烧试样的X-衍射线和化学物相分析均证明转变的物相为CuS和FeS2,残余黄铜矿很少。由于CuS极易被氧化浸出,而FeS2则相反,从而达到除铁获取铜溶液的目的。
A new technique of phase transformation of chalcopyrite by sulfidation roasting and deferrization by leaching are studied through the thermal analytical method and the mineral phase analytical method in lower temperature and Ar gas. The experimental data and the result of the thermal analysis indicate that phase transformation of chalcopyrite is complete. The X-ray diffraction and the mineral phase analysis of the roasting samples show that the transformed mineral phases are CuS and FeS_2, and the remained chalcopyrite is less. CuS is easy to oxidize and dissolve while FeS_2 is undissolved, therefore the pure CuS can be obtained.
