几丁糖预防兔屈肌腱粘连的实验研究 被引量:45

Experimental study for the prevention of rabbit flexor tendon adhesion with chitosan.

摘要 以兔为实验模型,将后肢第二、三足趾II区屈肌腱造成实验性损伤。实验组鞘内滴入2%几丁糖溶液0.2ml,对照组不放。下肢石膏管形固定。分别于3、6周后处死,行大体标本粘连等级分级,肌腱滑动距离,末节趾间关节活动角度和完成上述两项所耗的功生物力学测试,光镜和透射电镜观察。结果证明几了糖能促进组织正常修复,抑制成纤维细胞活动,具有预防肌腱粘连的作用。 Abstract adult New Zealand white rabbits were used as animalmodels. The flexor tendons at 'no man's land'of the secondand third toes of the hind legs were experimently trumatized,2% solution of chitosan was applied into each tendon sheath.The leg was immobilized with plaster cast from the tip of toeto the groin. After 3 weeks and 6 weeks of immobilization,the animal were sacrificed and the toes were observed. Thegrades of adhesion were estimated by naked eye. The biomechanical test was given and histological evaluation (ligh andtransmission electron microscopes) were made. The results ofthis experimental study confirm the hyposthesis that chitosancan prevent or reduce adhesion of tendon after injury.
