摘要
通过对散打运动技战术的分类及特点的研究,论证了散打运动技战术的辩证关系,从而为掌握散打运动规律,提高训练水平提供依据。
This article proved the dialectical relation ship of technology and tactics of Sanda by analyzing the classif ication and characteristics of technology and t actics of Sanda ,Moreover,it provid ed evidences of enhancing training l evel and grasping princip-les of Sanda.
