摘要
以阴极射线管(CRT)为例,研究了在不同发射电流下空间电荷效应对荧光屏上电子束点大小的影响。研究结果显示,当阴极电流大于1mA时,空间电荷效应开始起显著作用,而当阴极电流小于1mA时,空间电荷效应的影响逐渐减小,以致可以不考虑。此外,除了空间电荷效应最严重的阴极区外,主透镜区和漂移区的空间电荷效应相对预聚焦区较为显著。
Setting Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) as an example, this paper gives an overview on how space charge effect influences electron beam spot size on the screen with respect to different cathode current The result reveals that space charge effect becomes obvious when cathode current increasing higher than 1 mA, and fades away gradually when decreasing cathode current Furthermore, apart from the cathode section where the space charge takes the most serious effect, the space charge effect is relatively more remarkable in drift section and main lens section than pre-focus section.
