摘要
在HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中痕量铜(Ⅱ)对抗坏血酸还原二溴对甲基偶氮羧褪色反应有催化作用,催化程度与Cu(Ⅱ)量线性相关;基于此,建立了一种光度法测定微量铜(Ⅱ)的新方法。结果表明,在pH为4.5~6.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为580nm,方法检出限为0.048μg·L-1,催化程度与Cu(Ⅱ)量在0~0.080mg·L-1范围内符合比耳定律。该法简便、快速,灵敏度高,选择性好。结合萃取分离,用于测定城市污泥中的微量铜,结果满意。
This article studies that Trace Cu(Ⅱ) can catalyze decolorization reaction of 2-bromo-p-methylazocarboxyl (2-Br-pMAC) by reducing ascorbic acid in a weak acid medium (HAc-NaAc buffer), and its catalytic extent is liner with the contents of Cu (Ⅱ). Based on this,a novel spectrophotometric method for determining chromium (Ⅵ) has been developed. The results show that the maximun absorption of the complex is at 580 nm in pH 4.5~6.5 HAc-NaAc buffer and the detection limits of the method is 0.048 μg·L-1 for Cu(Ⅱ) and Beer's law is obeyed for Cu (Ⅱ) in the range of 0.0~0.80 mg·L-1. The method is simple, rapid, repeatable,and of good selectivity. Combined with solvent extraction separation, the method has been applied to the determination of trace Cu in municipal sludge with satisfactory results.
