摘要 研究了X60管线钢的显微组织对其拉伸过程中屈服行为的影响。铁素体+珠光体组织和非多变形铁素体组织分别会产生屈服现象和无屈服现象,这与其晶粒尺寸的大小和晶粒内位错密度的高低有关。 Effect of X60 pipeline steel microstructure on its yield behavior during tensile test is studied. Yield and non yield phenomena can be respectively caused by ferrite+pearlite and non polygon ferrite structures, which are related to the size and the dislocation density of the crystal grain.
