摘要
涉外护理教育的目标与途径并无统一规范。笔者将其培养目标定位为临床护理的通才,涉外护理的专才;应按照培养“社会人”、“职业人”、“岗位人”的要求分别搭建学生的人文工具平台、专业知识平台、专业技能平台,设置相应课程,并接轨国际护士认证考试;牢牢把握英语综合应用能力训练、护理操作技能训练、国际护士认证考试训练等关键环节。同时介绍了笔者所在学校的相关培养经验。
No unified standard exists in the objective and approach of foreign nursing education. The author considers the training objective of foreign nursing education as training all-round person in clinical nursing and an expert in involving foreign nursing. We should establish students' terrace of humanities, professional knowledge and technique, and set up relevant courses so that students can take part in authenticated exams on international nurses. We emphasize the key points on training their English comprehensive practical ability and practical technique of nursing in this paper. Meanwhile, the author introduces relevant training experience we gained in our college.
