摘要
目的考察不同厂家生产的注射用亚叶酸钙的质量。方法比较了不同厂家产品的性状、装量差异、酸碱度、含量等项目,并采用HPLC法检测了样品的有关杂质含量。结果在本实验的检测项目上,几个厂家的产品均符合国家药典标准的要求,其中E厂家含量最高(100.01%),D厂家稍低(89.55%),杂质的相对含量都较低,均小于1%。结论目前国产的注射用亚叶酸钙的质量都较好,尤其是杂质水平比以前有明显降低。
Objective To study the quality of calcium folinate for injection from different pharmaceutical factories. Methods Several kinds of tests including description, PH, volume in containers,content and purity were performed. Results All the products tested meet the standard of CP, and the content of E factory is the highest with that of D factory the lowest, and the contents of dopant are all lower than 1%. Conclusion The qualities of calcium folinate for injection produced by domestic pharmaceutical factories are good,and the contents of dopant have been lowered obviously.
