介绍欧洲医院改革进程;包括英国、法国、德国、西班牙等国家的医院治理结构。同时介绍了世界卫生组织对卫生服务私有化的观点,指出私有化的作用是有限的,因为其并不能降低费用,会出现不公平的现象,并且私有化的过程也是困难的。
The paper introduces the hospital reform in UK, France, German and Spain and some commens coming from WHO. The experts of WHO believe that the effect of privativilation in healthcare is limited in cost controlling and it would result in more iniquity. Moreover, the privatization process is very difficulty.
