摘要
英国使馆旧址建于1903年,属国家一级文物,因建设需要拟将该建筑物向东南方向平移,还要避让古树。本工程是国内目前历史最久、规模最大、文物级别最高的砖木结构建筑物平移工程,行走路线下有人防、地下通道及地下室,建筑物纵向刚度差,正立面整体性较差,平移过程中需多次转向。针对这些特点和难点,对房屋加固、移位路线和方式及各相关体系进行了周密的设计,平移到位后房屋原有裂缝没有扩大,也未发现新的裂缝,位置偏差在10mm内。
Due to urban construction requirement, the old embassy of the United Kingdom, a state antique of grade 1 built in 1903, has to be translated toward southeast in avoidance of old trees. It is a building translation project of wood-brick structure of the oldest history, biggest scale and highest antique grade in China. There are civil air-defense structures, subway and basement located under the translation route, while the building has a less longitudinal rigidity and a poor vertical integrity but has to turn direction time after time in the translation. Accordingly a deliberate design has been made in respects of building reinforcement, route and method of translation and the related systems against these characteristics and difficulties. After translation, neither have the existing cracks been enlarged nor new cracks found in the building, position difference being controlled within 10mm.
