手机电磁辐射对小鼠损伤实验的初步研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 本实验通过检测受手机辐射小鼠的血清中SOD (superoxidedismutase ,SOD)活性和NO含量的影响,以及肝bcl 2和bax蛋白的表达,旨在探讨手机辐射对小鼠的损伤,为手机辐射对人体造成影响提供一定的实验依据。方法 将4 0只小鼠随机分为两组,每组2 0只,Ⅰ组为对照组,不经任何处理;Ⅱ组为实验组,每日手机辐射2h ,连续30d。处死小鼠,取血清及肝脏。血清SOD采用分光光度法检测,血清NO采用硝酸还原酶法。利用免疫组织化学法检测小鼠肝组织bcl 2和bax的蛋白表达。结果 (1)实验组小鼠的血清中SOD (16 1±1 0 4 )NU ml与对照组小鼠的血清中SOD (2 1 73±0 84 )NU ml相比差异有显著性(P <0 0 5 )。2 )实验组小鼠的血清中NO(10 5 3±3 6 1) μmol L与对照小鼠的NO (4 15±1 2 5 ) μmol L含量相比差异有高度显著性(P <0 0 1)。(3)对照组与实验组肝细胞bcl 2蛋白表达阳性率相比无显著性差异(P >0 0 5 ) ;而bax蛋白表达阳性率,差异有显著性(P <0 0 5 )。结论 手机辐射可明显降低小鼠血清中SOD的活性和NO含量,并诱导肝细胞凋亡。 Objective To explore the damage of electromagnetic radiation emitted by mobile phone on rats and to provide experimental evidence for the influence of electromagnetic radiation emitted by mobile phone on human bodyd.Method 40 rats were randomly divided into two groups, experimental and control group. The experimental group mices were radiated by the mobile phone electromagnetic radiation 2 hours everyday for 30 days. The activity of super oxide dismutase and the content of NO in the rats serum were measured by ultra-visible spectrometry(UV) and nitrate reductase method, respectively. The protein expression of bcl-2 and bax in liver was detected by SP immunohistochemical method.Result There are significant differences between experimental group and control group in the activity of SOD (16.11±1.04 NU/mL and 21.73±0.84 NU/mL, P<0.05) and in the content of NO (10.53 ±3.61μmol/L and 4.15±1.25 μmol/L,P<0.01). The protein expression of bcl-2 in liver between the experimental group and the control group exhibits no significant differences (P>0.05), while the protein expression of the bax shows significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The results suggested that the electromagnetic radiation emitted by mobile phone obviously decreased the activity of SOD and the content of NO in the serum of mice and induced the hepatocyte apoptosis.
