摘要
目的观察帕米磷酸二钠治疗骨转移引起的疼痛的效果和不良反应。方法对40例确诊骨转移患者静脉滴注博宁90mg,四周重复一次,最少2次。结果止痛,显效14例;有效20例;无效6例。有效率85%(34/40),75%(30/40)的患者在2周内获效。5例注药后出现发热。结论博宁对骨转移引起的疼痛有良好的止痛效果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of pamidronate on lighten pain from metastatic bone tumor. Methods Pamidronate 90 mg in 500ml NS iv gtt. The treatment repetatur semel per 4 weeks and not less than twice. Results Complete relief of pain was observed in 14 patients, Partial relief in 20 patients and no effect in 6 patients.The effective rate was 85%(34/40). The therapeutic effect was achieced in 75% of the patients within two weeks. Side effect was fever in 5 patients. Conclusion Pamidronate is effective on relief of the pain in patients with metastatic bone cancer.
