摘要
目的 观察针药结合治疗脑梗死继发癫痫的疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用针刺加药物静脉滴注,对照组用丙戊酸钠治疗,观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率为93. 3%,对照组为80%,两组疗效有显著差异(P<0. 05)。治疗组未见任何明显副作用及不适,对照组则出现了较轻的头晕、记忆力减退、肢体麻木、体重下降、困倦等一些不良反应。结论 治疗组疗效优于对照组,且无明显副作用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine for treating epilepsy secondary to cerebral infarction.Method Sixty patients were randomly divided in two groups. The treatment group received acupuncture plus intravenous drip of medicine and the control group was treated with sodium 2-propylpentanoate. The curative effects and adverse responses were observed in both groups.Results The response rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two group (P<0.05). No obvious side effects and discomforts occurred in the treatment group. In the control group appeared some adverse responses such as mild dizziness, hypomnesia, limb numbness, weight loss and lassitude. Conclusion The curative effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group and no obvious side effects occurred in the former.
