摘要
三峡永久船闸输水阀门作为船闸闸室的供水工作门,其结构尺寸和单位重量均为已建和在建水利枢纽工程中最大的,再加上船闸的高水头、高流速和复杂的工作环境,在阀门工作运行过程中,极易使水流产生空化现象,最终导致阀门的损坏,造成质量安全事故。为此,在阀门的设计和施工过程中,采用和借鉴了以往的工作经验,通过大量试验,更新、优化了设计和施工方案,取得良好效果,可供类似输水阀门的设计和施工借鉴。
The work gate of water delivery gallery of TGP's permanent shiplock, for filling and emptying the lock chamber, is the largest one in structure size and unit weight compared with the hydraulic complexes having been completed and being built, in addition, for the high water head, high velocity and complicated operation condition of the shiplock, the cavitation of the gate would occur easily in operation and damage the gate, cause quality safety accident. For this reason, in the design and construction process of the gate, according to the experience and through large amount of test, the design and construction schemes are renewed and optimized and good results are obtained. The cavitation-resistant measures can be referred for the similar projects.
